In 2003, to educate the public on the importance of wastewater treatment, water quality and the vital role that RVSA plays within the member communities, the RVSA turned to the SPI Group to create the Authority's first Web site. The SPI Group developed all Web copy and created a design for the Web site that is soothing and clean, to reflect the RVSA's brand image of concern for the environment. The site provides a wealth of information about RVSA, including the organization's history, current news, information on Commissioners and member municipalities, educational resources, and procedures and forms for the public and commercial users of the system.
