estate consumers and potential franchisees. We developed a
strategic recognition program which leveraged industry awards
opportunities to promote the value and benefits of the site
and identified well-known award programs. As a result, coldwellbanker.com
won more than 30 awards to date, generating significant visibility
and recognition within the industry and among the brand's
target audiences. This exposure has helped the site generate
more than 25 million total page views monthly and help capture
more than 13,000 customer leads each month for the local offices.
In addition, The SPI Group implemented similar programs for
other areas of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation, including
the company's internal communications group and the Coldwell
Banker Concierge program. Our efforts yielded a 2003 Gold
Reggie Award (Promotional Marketing Association of America)
