The SPI Group worked with FACS (a division of Federated Department Stores) to promote their financial services Web site, www.iTrust.com. The SPI Group developed a series of e-mail campaigns aimed at their more than 7,000,000 credit card customers to cross-sell financial and investment services through best-of-breed online providers. The SPI Group also conducted marketing research on site strategy, by developing and implementing online surveys to assess and evaluate their business strategy.
