Merck Hospital Acute Care (HAC)
The Client: A team inside Merck that markets all of the Merck hospital products.
The Need: A place where the Hospital Acute Care team at Merck can collaborate and share information online. HAC is a priority for Merck, however, the team didn’t have their own updates on the intranet and wanted one where they can share pictures, contact lists, etc. They also have featured stories and blogs from leaders available to read as well.
The Challenge: To construct an engaging environment that the team would want to visit during a busy work day.
The Solution: To build a Merck community that shared original content and resources the team was likely to need and not be able to easily find elsewhere. This will actively be promoted with a monthly email/newsletter that highlights important content.
Results: A positive response with a growing community and gaining new members daily.
