THE SPI GROUP HONORED WITH THREE 2007 NJ/IABC IRIS AWARDS
New Jersey Agency Marks its 10th Year and Continues Tradition of Excellence
FAIRFIELD, N.J., April 7, 2007 - The SPI Group, a full-service business communications firm, announced that the company has been honored with three 2007 IRIS Awards given by the New Jersey chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators (NJ/IABC). The awards, for both outstanding communication skills in electronic and interactive communications and excellence in one-time or ongoing campaigns for corporate communications, were presented at a ceremony at the Shackamaxon Golf and Country Club in Scotch Plains, N.J., on Thursday, April 3.
The SPI Group was involved in three award-winning digital corporate communications efforts:
- Merck’s Anniversary Information Centers – mini Web sites within the larger corporate employee communications intranet site that celebrate and provide information about two important company milestones – the 20th Anniversary of the Merck Mectizan Donation Program and the 50th Anniversary of The Merck Company Foundation;
- Pfizer’s Pflex Paperless Annual Benefits Enrollment Promotional Video – a Flash video “commercial” that announced the company’s new paperless employee benefits enrollment; and,
- Pfizer’s Employee Exception Time Reporting Tool Campaign – a multi-faceted electronic communications campaign that introduced employees to a new online tool for reporting their weekly work hours.
