THE SPI GROUP ANNOUNCES NEW ADDITION TO DESIGN TEAM

FAIRFIELD, N.J., August 20, 2003 - The SPI Group, a communications firm, announced the addition of Daryl McCormick, Web designer/developer, to the Agency's design staff. Daryl designs and maintains Internet and Intranet Web sites for Pfizer, including Your Life, Your Pfizer, the company's human resources Intranet site.

"Daryl brings fresh talent to The SPI Group's Web development and content management capabilities," said Steve E. Goodman, the Agency's general manager. "We're very pleased to have Daryl join The SPI Group. His skills help to expand our expertise in emerging technologies."

Before his arrival at The SPI Group, Daryl worked at Planet Access Network, Stanhope, N.J., where he was a Web builder for clients such as Novartis and Reckitt Benckiser.

Daryl earned a double B.S. degree in biology and marine sciences from East Stroudsburg University. He is a resident of Stroudsburg, Penn.
