Successful Redesign of Non-Profit Site

CHALLENGE

To celebrate its 20th anniversary, SPI donated our services to InterAction, a non-profit organization, who won SPI Group’s contest. The organization promotes inclusion in colleges, organizations and neighborhoods. They wanted an enhanced website that:​

  • had an easy-to-use content management platform;​
  • clearly communicated their brand, mission and vision;​
  • simplified the donation process;​
  • had analytics to maximize fundraising strategies.​

ACTIONS

We worked with our partner to: ​

  • audit the site;​
  • revise content;​
  • make the navigation more intuitive to use;​
  • implement a new content management system; ​
  • train staff on site publishing and Google Analytics.

RESULTS

Within two months after launch the new site received 87% more new visitors. ​
